Puzzles and reading in the living room.

Luke woke up a bit early, but he had slept through the night, so that worked for me.
Very slow morning sipping coffee and doing puzzles.

Julie made us a lovely Fried egg breakfast with some of the freshest cantaloupe I've had from the local farmers market.

Afterword to Luke and I took a ride around the block on the tricycle the house owners had left for us, while Julie took a bath.

Julie made a quick lunch of roast beef sandwiches and then we walked into town.

There was a playground stop so we could run around and use the swings and then we spent a lot of time in Copperfield books.

reading in copper fields.

Once we finished reading we went over to bovine bakery and got delicious pan au chocolat'  and Luke got a peanut butter cookie. Then we walked over to Acre for yummy coffee and sat out on the sidewalk having our snack.

Once home, we had a brief happy hour on the front porch. We had gotten the most buttery of wines the night before at the farmers market.

I took a bath while Julie play with Luke and then use the recipe from the graphic novel "relish" that I had just finished reading to make dinner.

It was spaghetti carbonara.

After that it was off to bed for Luke. Julie and I did some yoga and then watched the last episode of mad men.
